The symposium was presided over by Cao Yong, deputy head of Mianning County People's Government, and officials from Mianning County Cultural and Tourism Bureau and County Commerce Bureau attended the meeting.

       On the same day, the delegation visited the production workshop and product exhibition hall of Jiuyuan, and had a friendly conversation with the person in charge of the enterprise, to understand the production process, production and marketing situation, future development direction and development problems faced by the enterprise, and jointly discuss the in-depth cooperation.

       At the symposium, Tang Hua gave a detailed introduction to the basic situation and achievements of the construction of "3451 enterprise Community". He said that in the past ten years, 3451 one county one product Chengdu Service headquarters actively responded to the call of the national "community" and "collective economy", upheld the basic principle of "complementary advantages, co-construction and sharing", enabled the development of entity enterprises with the digital economy, and accurately and efficiently served enterprises to solve problems such as capital, production and sales, and achieved very good results. Mianning County Jiuyuan ham factory

       Liao Fang, deputy general manager of Jiuyuan Ham Factory, warmly welcomed the arrival of the delegation and reported the basic situation of the factory. He mentioned that Mianning ham is one of the most representative characteristic agricultural products in Mianning County, and it is also one of the "four famous legs" in China. With a long history and unique curing technique, it is the crystallization of the labor wisdom of the ancestors of Mianning and carries the yearning of the people of Mianning for a better life.

       According to Liao, although Mianning ham had a low output value in the early years due to its limited geographical location, it has also become famous nationwide due to its unique taste. In recent years, with the support of the county Party committee and the county government, and with the continuous efforts of several generations of ham people, the county's ham industry has broken through a new high. In 2020, Jiuyuan cooperated with Chengdu University to conduct in-depth research on projects such as nitrate-free ham and deep processing of ham products, and has declared 1 invention patent and 5 new utility patents, which is promising for the ham industry. He also said that he is looking forward to deep cooperation with 3451 One County One product Chengdu Service headquarters, hand in hand to excavate the intangible cultural heritage of Mianning ham, create a ham manor integrating agriculture, culture, tourism and education, drive more Mianning people to get rich, and let the name of Mianning ham be heard throughout the country.

       Subsequently, the relevant leaders of Mianning County Tourism Bureau and Commerce Bureau respectively introduced the "Mianning Ham Manor" project, Mianning County's investment policy and business environment in detail. Mianning County government leaders said that the two sides can find the starting point for cooperation and development from the "Mianning Ham Manor" and negotiate docking in an all-round way. Mianning County will provide a good business environment for the development of "3451 Enterprise Community", and promote the implementation of cooperation projects between the two sides as soon as possible to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

       Through this inspection and exchange, both sides hope to give play to their respective advantages, further deepen understanding, develop and expand the "ham economy" of Mianning, and help the high-quality development of Mianning economy with the attitude of "community".
